On Feb. 10-13, I'm offering a free Kindle download of my Civil War historical romance (written under my Gwyneth Atlee pseudonym) INNOCENT DECEPTIONS. This books received a TOP Pick and KISS award from Romantic Times and was nominated for a Reviewer's Choice and Dorothy Parker Award of Excellence, so pick it up while it's still free. Also, look for TOUCHED BY FIRE and (coming soon) DANGEROUS ATTRACTIONS for Kindle.

I'm happy to say that in the Fall of 2012, I'll have two new releases from Harlequin Intrigue and Harlequin Romantic Suspense. Check my booklist page (link to right) to see more details on  upcoming and current romantic suspense! Keep posted for more info coming soon.

I'm blogging now, along with author Joni Rodgers, at Boxing the Octopus, where we yak about all things writing and keep up with the latest. Hope you'll stop by and say hello!

The Fur-Kids

We had adopted a new fur-pal for the aptly-named Zippy, our terrier mutt. Say hello to Jewel (another terrier mix from the Humane Society), below:

And here's our pal, Zippy. Doesn't she look like a live wire? The two of them tear around playing and are the best of friends!

Translations

I've recently collected covers from some foreign editions of my books. I love seeing what different artists come up with for all sorts of alternate editions of my books, so I thought I'd share that with you.

Fatal Error in Estonian (L), Polish (R), and German

I like both of these a lot, but the image of Luke looks nothing as I've pictured him.  Susan's pretty close, though.

Fade the Heat in Polish (L) and the large-print, hardcover edition (R)

I'm not sure what the one on the left is meant to be, but the one on the right reminds me of a serious case of sunburn pain! <VBG>

Here's a new one. This is the Estonian edition of The Deadliest Denial. It depicts a woman holding her arm above her head, presumably to fend off the lightning bolt above her.
